EMForum.org is pleased to host a one hour presentation and interactive discussion Wednesday, June 26, 2013, beginning at 12:00 Noon Eastern time (please convert to your local time). Our topic will be the New England Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Initiative (NERCPI) Cyber Disruption Planning Project that has created regional cyber disruption response capability by incorporating Information Technology into emergency management and public safety operations. Specific project elements include the Cyber Disruption Response Annex (CDRA) to the Regional Catastrophic Coordination Plan (RCCP) and Cyber Disruption Teams (CDT) in MA, RI, NH, and the City of Boston.
Our guests will include Adam Wehrenberg, Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP) Project Director for the City of Boston Mayor's Office of Emergency Management (OEM). Kevin O'Shea, Information Security Lead for URS Corporation, will also join us.
