Training: Exercise Design & Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP)

This 3-day course will walk you through start to finish steps in planning, building, conducting, and improving an exercise. You will learn the importance of the capabilities and performance-based exercise program that provides a standardized methodology and terminology for exercise design.
Learn the importance of each level of play and how it incorporates into a successful exercise. You could play the roles of staff in the emergency operations center, evaluators, and actors in exercise scenario.
