Suspicious Mail Identification and Response Training for Election Offices/Officials for Webster County and the Surrounding Counties in IEMA District 1 ((Boone, Calhoun, Carroll, Dallas, Greene, Grundy, Hamilton, Hardin, Jasper, Marshall, Polk, Poweshiek, Story, Tama, Warren, and Webster Counties).
Following the mailing of envelopes containing Fentanyl to Election Offices in 6 different states in November 2023, Safeguard Iowa is bringing an in-person/hybrid version (via ZOOM) of our Suspicious Mail Identification and Response Training to locations in each of the state’s 6 HSEMD Districts prior to the upcoming 2024 Elections.
- The target training audience is the Auditor and staffs of local election and political offices, elected officials, candidates, and interested local First Responders.
