Our guest will be Judson M. Freed, Director of Emergency Management and Homeland Security for Ramsey County, Minnesota. Mr. Freed has more than 25 years experience in emergency management, homeland security, research protection, and community risk, resilience and operational continuity in the academic, private, and public sectors.
