• All-day Volunteer
  Shift: 7:45AM-4:00PM
• Ambassador/Information Booth
  Shift: Saturday, October 8 from 9:45AM-2:00PM
  
  The goal of the Ambassador is to present to the public a positive attitude concerning emergency preparedness. The public will perceive the Prepare Fair in the manner it is presented by the Ambassador. Be an Ambassador for Preparedness, wear a smile, be polite and helpful with questions.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Farmer's Market Recruiters
  Shift: Saturday, October 8 from 8:00AM-12:00PM
  
  The goal of the farmer’s market recruiters is to educate the attendees of the Downtown Farmer’s Market of the Prepare Fair. The recruiters will walk alongside Louie the Lightning bug to encourage attending the Prepare Fair.
• Greeters
  Shift: Saturday, October 8 from 9:45AM-2:00PM
  
  The greeters are responsible for distributing the tickets to each individual entering the facility and directing them to the information booth for more information about the door prizes, scavenger hunt, etc.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Indoor Exhibitor Set-Up
  Shift: Saturday, October 8 from 7:45-10:00AM.
  
  Volunteer will assist exhibitors with unload, locate, and set-up the displays.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Indoor Exhibitor Tear-Down
  Shift: Saturday, October 8th from 1:45-4:00PM.
  
  Volunteer will assist with tear down of the exhibits.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Logistics - Friday Evening Set-up
  Shift: Friday, October 7 from 5-7pm
  
  Volunteer role is to assist with set-up of the tables and chairs for the exhibitors and to hang all signage.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Outdoor Exhibitor Set-up
  Shift: Saturday, October 8th from 7:45-10:00 AM.
  
  Volunteer will assist the outdoor exhibitors with parking safely in the viewing area.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Outdoor Exhibitor Tear-Down
  Shift: Saturday, October 8 from 1:45-4:00PM
  
  Volunteers will assist exhibitors to depart from the outdoor viewing area safely.
  
  As a volunteer you will receive a free Prepare Fair t-shirt.
• Runners
  Shift: Saturday, October 8 from 8:00AM-2:00PM
  
  Volunteer will assist with miscellaneous needs for the event.
