NIMS provides a consistent nationwide template to enable all government, private-sector and non-governmental organizations to work together during domestic incidents. This course will describe the key concepts and principles of NIMS and the benefits of using the system for domestic incident response.

At the end of this session participants will be able to describe these key concepts, principles and benefits.
